Lovely

It’s a little smaller than what I imagined, but I didn’t measure so that’s my fault! I still love it! I ordered the unlaquered brass with a cream shade.

Ok I ordered the cream shade in the antique brass finish and added a plug-in mount and white wall switch placed 15 inches from the fixture with a tan colored cord. The cream is darker than I expected, like the color of sand, not an off white, which worked fine for my purposes. It looks phenomenal. I have a king sized bed for reference. But I put a 40 watt bulb in and realized that it’s right in my face while I’m sleeping. So if I were to do this over again I’d probably get the sconce number 7485 that looks almost exactly the same but is slightly off center so the light is a little further away and not shining directly into my eyes. That’s my own fault though.
