Slow delivery

I finally received my D-Rings today. They appear to be a very good well built products. I'm just disappointed with the delivery time. I ordered these D-Rings on July 19 and I just received them today. They were listed as in-stock on the website when I ordered them, so I don't know why it took so long for them to get to me becasue I was billed immediately.
