So bought this with intention on just trying out. So far every morning I add it to my hydroflask. Have gotten a caffeine headache since I started it. In the past I have drank 300mg of caffeine every morning via an energy drink and haven't had one or needs to have one due to a headache. Flavor is great and if I sip on it all day long I feel great.

It is an essential part of my day! I started taking MW and it has given me prolonged energy throughout even the toughest days. I am a full time firefighter and full time college student. It keeps me going through the longest days I have scheduled.
