Delicious taco nights

This was the first item we tried of Campfire Farms when we were trying a local farm meats subscription! It’s mildly spicy and goes great with many of my favorite Mexican dishes. Much better than any other store bought chorizo. I will definitely order more and will always keep this in my freezer.
