Terrible service

The door handle is over $100. 00. It didn’t fit, so I had to do a return, i planned on buying another one, they charged me a 20% restocking fee and in addition it cost me $15 to do the return at the post office. I’m disabled and on a fixed income. This is bad business. Even the post office agreed with me. There are plenty of businesses that will treat me better. Rediculous!
