They made this special process quite simple and I was well informed about the current steps and what was coming next the entire time. They emailed and texted updates throughout the drying and designing process and the finished products are well worth the wait! You can tell they truly are passionate about what they do and care deeply about preserving special memories in creative ways for all of their customers. I love my wedding bouquet frame and am so glad I also purchased a necklace for myself, earrings for my mom, and an ornament for my florist!
