I initially thought this was just another 'supplement' drink that someone was pushing until I kept seeing all these reviews about it being epic so I thought 'whatever let me try it' and after a couple times using it I was like "ohhh wow I get it now.." I'm usually someone that struggles with focus and a coffee (love coffee) is great, but sometimes it just kicks me in the teeth too hard and I don't actually lock in. This DayShift stuff just doesn't do that, it's like energy and focus, without all the other hyper elements you get from a coffee. If that makes sense.

Have been using for just over a month and noticed a difference pretty quickly. Have stopped drinking coffee and use this instead

Eyes dont feel so tired after a whole day working behind a screen! Best taken after lunch to avoid the afternoon crash am a lot more productive
