Love this product! It’s versatile (hot or cold use) comfortable to hold and the staff are very helpful.

This is my second one because I broke the first one. It’s a great product, but they could use to put some silicone around the bottom edge and make a tighter seal for the filter cup. Such that loose tea doesn’t get through.
