It works. The app and online report formatting is quirky to say it nicely. The app has a long lag and not too responsive. The report writere does not work on Apple platforms (ok if this was 1998) The online report writer is constantly annoying with popup ads for their lame calibration service. TBH I am trying to get away from this company as I find there are better ones out there for full time professionals.

The two calibrations I had done this year worked flawlessly!! My monitors were returned promptly (including calibration certificates) and packaged securely when shipped.

One thing that would make this better would be including a shipping label for shipping out. Even if the cost is absorbed into the total, it would be a huge convenience.
