Our unit came damaged and I reached out to the Sun Homes team and they made the situation right! Received an entirely new unit about a month after receiving the damaged one. We love our cold plunge and couldn’t imagine not having one now that we do! I highly recommend making this investment! Do your research and you will see that there are sub-par units for cheaper out there. Remember you get what you pay for.

Best cold plunge experience

Cold plunge is amazing. So easy to setup and maintain. Water always feels crystal clear and clean. The tub is super durable and comfy. You can set the chiller/heater up to your WiFi and program it to turn on and off to whatever schedule you want so it’s always ready at the right temperature when you need it while saving energy. Delivery is smooth, setup is a breeze and customer service is superb. Highly recommend. Also having the ability for the tub to go as low as 33° and up to 110° is awesome. Can start as cold or as hot as you want. Can’t say enough good things about this tub. Zero cons.

First cold plunge

Great unit! Great size! The only thing I don’t love is that the cover doesn’t seal completely and it looks like mosquitos get in. But other than that it’s great!
