Zipper spilts

I really like this bag, in fact I bought 3! One for myself and on each for my daughter and daughter in law for Mother’s Day. However the zipper on my bag splits at various times. I m able to “play around” with it and fix it but it is a concern wondering how long this zipper will last.

The Sidekick is a perfect size, it holds all the necessary items, it’s comfortable for a crossbody bag, this is my 2nd Sidekick ❤️

Too small for me and return policy is less than ideal

My purse was too small so I attempted to return it but I noted that I had to pay for the shipping to return and there is a $15 processing fee. Instead I was hoping to return and exchange for the 24/7 cross body but there were not any colours I wanted in the exchange area.
