Consumer service

Extremely poor service with consumer service. Two emails and two phone calls. Did not hear back. Berry sidekick was beautiful, but tried to return a large mocha mousse sidekick. Had to keep it because no one reached back out to me. Very disappointed. I love your bags but this does not sit well with me in purchasing in the future.

Sidekick member!

All the girls at work now have a Sidekick and we all love them! I especially love how my iPhone 17 pro max fits in the zipper side pocket, making it supper easy to get too. I ride a motorcycle and this is my new “go to” bag to carry on it. Thanks Nat and team. :) Leanne
