Chose Eco-NOVA bidet seat after researching several different brands and we are very pleased with the product and also the customer service.

Service is top notch and the Eco Nova bidet is awesome. UV and silver sterilize is important. The heated seats helps me get through the cold winter. This is nice and slim and not bulky like others. I will definitely buy another when I change my other toilet

Nova Eco Bidet from House of Bidets

Prior to installing the Nova Eco bidet, I found a YoutTube video specifically created to describe the Nova Eco installation. After reviewing that video, the installation of the Nova Eco bidet was straightforward. It has taken a number of days to understand what the various options for using the bidet are and how to access them via the bidet's remote. The support staff at House of Bidet have been very helpful in providing prompt and insightful information, contacting the manufacturer and relaying information from the manufacturer to me (relative to questions which I had). Now that I understand what those options and how to access to them (via the remote), I am very pleased with the bidet (it's features and options and quality of build and design) and our decision to purchase it.
