Magic 2 - Wall Mount Concealed Sliding System for Wood Doors. Made in Italy.

The mechanism itself is a complicated installation. The instructions are not well designed and the video could be more explanatory. Once installed, they look very good. They don’t slide as easily as top mounted systems. They require a little bit more force. I think the biggest drawback that’s not described is that they don’t allow the door to fully open and that there is a 4.35 inch overlap onto the door frame itself where the door will not open completely. This can severely limit the entrance for 32 inch doors. Additionally, the door has to be built, larger in order to cover the opening than a traditional barn door as the mechanism stops the same distance 4 inches short as it slides across the door opening. I think this could be better explained on their website as well as very early on when the product is described so that the builder and the customer can make accommodations.

Install went about as smooth as possible.

Have used this system quite a few times and will continue to do so. Works well and looks clean.
