Hapticonnect is unsupported.

I purchased the Buttkicker gamer pro with ultimate Hapticonnect package. I was originally very happy with it but they no longer support the Hapticonnect software so even if you purchase ultimate you’re going to have 27 old outdated games to play. Some of the games aren’t even available anymore (Project Cars 2). I have sent several questions about Forza Horizon 6 and if they even support this software anymore and they do not answer. It’s been a year since the last update. There is no Forza Horizon 6. Last update was F1 25 in June of 2025. I was happy at first. Not so much anymore. My Buttkicker sits mostly unused anymore because I don’t want to play old games and Sim Hub is not to great. The hardware works fine but without decent software it’s worthless. I would not purchase this item again.

This thing brought my sim rig into the future! I had my doubts. But I can't recommend this enough to other people wanting to shake things up a bit. Feel the movie n the game. What ever it is. It's possible to add haptics and more all around immersion to almost every thing. This thing can hook up via aux cords or through USB and ran through the buttkicker software and works with simhub. Which is a must have app when sim racing. I want 3 more now. One for each corner. Highly recommend getting one of these and making your, whatever. Better. Thanks again for the buttkicker.
