Remote Control

I wish I could give this 5 stars but I have ordered two of these to replace the original for my Ls7+ 72v and unfortunately neither has worked. I am knowledgeable in electronics and found the controllers will only lock the leds on my scooter in stationary rainbow mode no matter what button is pressed. I held down W turned off LED main button on scooter and then back on while holding W but when I do the LEDs only remained off until I switched main off and on again . I love my scooter but I am out fifty something dollars for the controllers . I gave up trying to message the service as I am far too busy to only troubleshoot via email and they want you to send them videos of what you do to fix it on what's app which I absolutely will not use . I understand the steps they go through as some people are not tech savvy but I have been micro soldering chips, motherboards and RF receivers like the one in this scooter for 20+ years so when they ask me to make sure I removed the plastic tab from the battery compartment before using it .... it's difficult to not get annoyed . I will just have to put my own receiver on the existing LEDS and use a different remote . It's too bad though as I like some of the modes that were available with the stock one . Oh well .
