Baucher Lozenge Leather Covered Snaffle

The idea and design behind this leather baucher is great. Unfortunately within one short lunge session on a horse that usually rides in a happy mouthrubber bit, the leather broke and became and sharp and unusable. Emailed Cavalon and was told it was normal. When I said it was not I received silence.
