There isnt a better pair of boots out there. I used to try diferent PNW boots but JK is my permanent go to. I have quite a few and i have contacts overseas that are sold on the brand.

Squared Away
I have two pairs of climbers for hot and cold weather. The unlined pair have lasted for alil over a year break in wasn’t needed. I worked as a heavy equipment operator on a pipe crew and had to do some hot mix patches with em n last and feel great. A bit heavy but not a big deal to me. But as of now a true test for these boots is now I’m a derrick hand on a workover rig in the Wyoming oil patch and they still keep going. Didn’t get my insulated climbers in time for the cold weather but I’m sure they won’t have any issues minus the detail I didn’t take into account cuz I wasn’t expecting to go back to the oilfields but gonna need to put the softer soles on for better traction. That’s the only disadvantage for em but that’s my fault. Definitely worth it though in my opinion.
