Doesn’t work

Got sent a replacement rf board that didn’t work, contacted customer support saying that maybe it’s the remote but customer service just keep saying the same thing “ we will forward your concern to the designer “ but i never hear back from them or they say to do something that they’ve already said to try and it clearly doesn’t work. I just want you to send me a new remote control to try with it, you say you offer a 2 year warranty, I’ve only had it 2 weeks and I can’t use it
