Front Frame Stiffener - Jeep XJ

Decent quality just wish there were better instructions.

I purchased the complete front-to-rear frame stiffener kit after hearing a lot of great things about CavFab. Overall, the product itself seems to be well built, but the biggest downside was the lack of installation documentation. I did reach out to CavFab by email, and to their credit, they responded quickly and were helpful. They sent me a bumper installation video and told me to email them if I had questions about the frame stiffeners. While I appreciate the customer service, I don’t think customers should have to rely on email support for a product like this. There were no downloadable instructions or dedicated installation videos for the frame stiffeners. I ended up watching another company’s installation video to figure out the process. I also had a few holes that didn’t line up perfectly and had to make minor modifications to get everything to fit. It wasn’t a major issue, but it’s worth mentioning. I think this kit would be a much better experience if CavFab included printed or downloadable instructions and installation videos for all of their products. The quality seems good, but the lack of documentation made the install more difficult than it needed to be.
