2.5 Ton JL / JT Bolt On Steering Kit

Decent product, Poor costumer service

I purchased the 2.5 Ton JL Steering Kit from CavFab, and overall the product itself is extremely well built. The craftsmanship is excellent, the components feel heavy-duty, and the quality of the materials is exactly what you would expect from an upgraded steering kit. Once installed, it gives the Jeep a much stronger and more confidence-inspiring steering setup. That said, the experience outside of the actual product left a lot to be desired. Customer service has been basically non-existent when it comes to getting replies back for questions. For a product like this, where proper installation and setup matter, it is frustrating not being able to get timely support or guidance from the company. Another major downside is the lack of instructions included with the product. A steering kit is not something that should leave customers guessing, especially when torque specs, orientation, adjustment, and install details are important. Even a basic instruction sheet or online install guide would make a big difference. In short, the CavFab 2.5 Ton JL Steering Kit is a very well-made product with great craftsmanship, but the customer support and lack of instructions seriously hurt the overall buying experience. If you are mechanically experienced and comfortable figuring things out on your own, the kit itself is solid. But if you expect responsive support or clear installation guidance, be prepared for disappointment.

Phenomenal customer service and support. The product works and looks great. It was a little hard to complete the alignment but overall no issues.

Top tier quality. Easy bolt on installation,no modifications needed. Looks awesome. Huge improvement in steering and ride.
