A bag that wears many hats

I have been looking for a very specific type of bag for years, something that protects my laptop, is spacious. Is comfortable, is cute, is professional, is good for conferences and the office and day to day errands. I was asking a lot from one bag. And then the Hobo bag by W&O appeared. It does it all. They do not shy from the challenge of design and functionality and I could not be happier to have gotten this bag. It did take some time to be made and checked before I could have it. But it was worth it.

the design is genius

4 1/2 stars. I have been looking for a good looking laptop bag that I would not be embarrassed to bring to dinner.. this is it! it looks really good even fully loaded with my 14" laptop and all the accessories. But I take 1/2 star off because I feel like the quality of the leather and even more the hardware could be better. Also it would be nice to have a silver hardware option.

Beautiful bag with lots of room, almost perfect

I love this bag and I love the color that I chose. I really cannot say enough about the customer service here. I ended up switching the color before it officially shipped and after speaking with customer service, they constantly checked in. Let me know when my bag shipped, when it arrived. I love the bag. It holds a lot, and I can use it frequently for long work trips or even short ones as a carry all. My two major complaints are that it gets very heavy because it is such a big bag. As a result, I learned very quickly that when it’s full, I have to make sure I put at least two notches on the strap securely or else the strap will fall. Also, I find that putting my laptop in and out is a little trickier than I anticipated. It’s not impossible, but you do really need to unhook the strap in order to get your laptop in and out easily, which is not always convenient. The reason I still gave us four stars is because it is a beautiful bag and some of the things that I’ve experienced may have more to do with the fact that I’m overpacking the bag rather than anything else. Or they’re just learning curves on how to make best use of the bag. But overall, I really love it and would recommend it. I think if I were to get another color, I would get a size smaller so that it isn’t so tempting to fill up.
