Darjeeling High Mountain Purple Tea

This feels like a treat for myself

Leaves open up beautifully while steeping and great, not too powerful of a flavor (great for someone like me, who often forgets when she’s steeping a tea). I can use the leaves for another cup and still have solid flavor and color. I have used stevia, rose sugar, and honey on separate occasions and all taste great. I have yet to try to add lime to see if it turns pink but I am definitely going to try. The tin is also beautiful and the delivery was quick the packaging was carefully put together making it feel like I’d received a present when I got it. Would definitely buy again!

A Pleasant Surprise

I normally don't drink Darjeeling, but this one is very good, with almost a sweet aftertaste. It's very smooth and enjoyable.

Very good green tea.

The leaves themselves have a lovely dark color for a variety that is similar to Japanese Sun Rouge in appearance, yet yield whole, unbroken leaves when brewed. The only disadvantage is that the flavor seems a bit mild, and would benefit from vacuum packing of the tea itself. It is still a very good variety and I love and treasure this Darjeeling tea and like this company. I will purchase tea from them again.
