I haven't worn these a lot, but that is only because I did not buy the right size. The gauge is fine, but I want a lip ring that is a bit more snug. That is why I purchased two sizes, because I wasn't sure what I'd need. One is too snug on my lip and one is too big. I will be looking to purchase one size in the middle when it becomes available though! I can use these rings for other piercings, and plan to do so because the quality is good.
