I wish I remembered the names of the representatives who helped me out when I accidentally ordered the wrong size (gauges / circumference, etc) jewelry. I made this mistake with a multitude of orders, and when I emailed the company, I got an immediate response, and the customer service team was attentive, professional, and eager to help. It was an experience I rarely had with any company, and it therefore deserves an honorable mention. I have since ordered several other pieces from RebelBod and would recommend them to anyone.
