Didn't realize how well they worked until I ran out!
I've been taking Everydea Mood since I gave birth so I didn't have a baseline before it - until I was traveling with my 3 month son and realized how quickly the stress mounted and how much harder it was to let things go a few days after running out. Game changer!

Been taking 5 months now
I love that this is breastfeeding friendly. I’ve been taking these everyday since January as I know ashwagandha needs time to build up in your system. Sometimes I’m not sure if it’s making a difference but then i definitely notice a difference in my mood when I don’t take it that day
