Part of a wellness gift basket to SIL who absolutely adored it. She was going through a lot of stress at work and caring for an ailing parent, so I figured a gentle calming face wash would be nice to start and end her days. Her words: skin feels soft, clean and refreshed. Nice scent. I will definitely buy one for myself once my rose cleanser is gone.

Still in the Early Days of Use

I’ve only been using this cleanser for a few days but so far I’m pleasantly surprised. It has a rare balance: my face feels clean without feeling dried out. Most cleansers I’ve tried tend to overdo it one way or the other so this middle ground is nice. There’s no overwhelming scent, thankfully, though I do suspect a touch of fragrance. It comes in a glass bottle, which I love, and the pump dispenses just the right amount. Two pumps and I’m good. It feels intentional, not wasteful. I also really appreciate that it comes in a smaller size. I picked that up to test it out before committing to the full size, which feels thoughtful on the brand’s part. Not giving it a full five stars yet only because I haven’t used it long enough to weigh in on long-term results. But first impressions are good and hopeful.

I absolutely adore this cleanser. It is so nourishing for my combination skin, and is the perfect start to my day. I appreciate these handcrafted products so much.
