Spicy, woody, phenomenal performance!!!
My first impression of this scent is blazing hot pencil lead and spice. Under that is a cedary wood and something lighter almost at the back of my palate, at the end of an inhale, that seems citrusy. I was initially worried this would be artistic but not wearable, but it turned out to be extremely wearable. It wears like a distinctive and unusual woody scent, which I love. Medium to strong projection from the 1 ml dabber. Phenomenal wear. I’m on 10 hours and can get it faintly when I hold my arm to my nose. For me, it belongs in the emotional register of a slightly cooler weather scent, but I first tried it on a humid, rainy 80 degree day in July, and still loved it. It’s maybe slightly traditionally masculine, but I’m a woman and love it, so it’s plenty unisex. Definitely on my list for a larger decant or full bottle!
