BITTERSWEET CITRON

Hi! Thank you for asking! I am a quiet person, have a bit of social anxiety and was really excited to try something that might help relax me in social situations and be able to open up and enjoy myself. I started with 2 oz. That made no difference so yesterday I drank 4 oz. That also made no difference. So I am wondering if I should take 6 oz next time? How much is too much? Thank you
