Carrot Cake Keto Cookie Sandwich

These are swoonworthy. So good, I really DON'T want to give them 5 stars, because then other people might buy them and they won't all be waiting just for me. There is no aftertaste. The texture isn't weird. The filling is creamy and compliments the cookies well. You can taste the butter. I've tried a lot of keto friendly sweets, and these are the first that didn't remind me that they were a substitute for the real thing. These ARE the real thing.

The carrot cookie was better than i thought it would be. It was nice and moist with very good flavor. The cookie was large enough that 1 was enough.

Delightful, tasty, moist..looking forward to trying other keto choices.
