I had been searching through online stores for two ramps to put on my porch that would help my wheelchair-bound family member safely get in and out of the house. The first business I tried purchasing through had a very complicated process: I had to call and they transferred me three times to different departments, couldn’t answer my questions, and tried to upsell me on a type of ramp I didn’t need, all for them to ultimately tell me that they didn’t have what I was requesting in stock. So, I kept looking and stumbled upon Reliable Ramps. Their product page was very informative, and when I still had a lingering question, Ben got back to me as quickly as he could with the answer.
