First I want to say these shoes are made with the Old World quality I remember from when I was child. Pride and attention to detail are evident in this shoe. I haven't worn them out of the house yet, so I can't speak to comfort after wearing for any length of time. I will have to put a bit of padding in the ball area of my foot with a small insert. The width is fine and I have a narrow heel and that feels comfortable. My issue is the thickness from the top of my foot to the bottom of my foot. Can't describe it better. I have too much room, maybe I have a thin foot. The service with ELF is a 10. I had to return my 1st pair I ordered and they quickly suggested a different style that would better accommodate my foot. I found they were more than willing to help you find the right style for your foot. And because they were able to give me a 2" heel, instead of 3"; gold stars!! For reference I am in my early 60's, 5'4", average weight and normally wear a 6.5 shoe. I run narrow, but don't require an actual narrow. I measured my foot according to their size chart and ordered exactly what was on chart.

So comfortable!
This is the first time I have ordered from Elf and I was so impressed! Not only are these shoes beautiful but they are so comfortable for high heels. They shipped quickly too. I will definitely be ordering again soon to rebuild my collection of shoes.
