Taylor big help

I just wanna say that your customer service person Taylor, was so very, very helpful and so patient and really really good. I had ordered some ties and they never came in. Never heard anything about them. I called her and she immediately took care of that and the ties finally came in after I received the ones that she sent so I sent those back yesterday. But she was very helpful and very courteous, and of course, professional.
