Beautiful Product, Good Customer Communication

I ordered tiles for a small accent wall project in my home along with trim and nails to install them. Not only is the product beautiful, I received ongoing and very helpful customer service throughout the process. Prior to ordering, I had questions regarding painting/custom modifications to tiles that support gave me advice on and that I have since successfully implemented. They were also very responsive in a timely manner when I had questions related to shipping, order status. etc. I never felt like I was ignored or not a priority even though my order was smaller. Would order from American Tin again without reservation.

Great Looking - Considering More For a Backsplash

We're excited to put up the Tin Tiles behind our woodstove. We are not quite there yet but the product looks great and will add a warm glow to the room (we chose a copper color). We are still pondering using another color variation in the kitchen as a backsplash. The ordering was simple, and the product arrived as expected both on time and in quality. Thank you for a beautiful, unique and affordable custom product for the walls behind our wood stove.
