Backsplash Edge Trim Molding

Wrong Product Received 3 times and rude customer service

First ordered backsplash- wrong color was sent. Then ordered trim, wrong color was sent twice. When I shared my disappointment with customer service and asked to fix the situation, they said I'd have to wait another 2-3 weeks and didn't offer any kind of refund partial or full for the inconvenience telling me "you only paid $50." Have had to reschedule 2 separate contractors twice as a result of these mistakes. She didn't own up to the issue- first telling me the colors are supposed to match and then telling me that there's supposed to be variation and it's "on me."

Wall tile project

Used the tin tiles for a wall project. They were even prettier in person than in pictures. They had good weight to them and the finish matched perfectly. They were packaged well for shipping and delivered earlier than anticipated.

Very happy with our purchase! Gave the kitchen a nice fresh look!
