Good tea for any affliction that needs reduced inflammation.

I bought this tea for my daughter and niece who often have pain during their cycles. My son ended up getting COVID and I gave this to him everyday and he did not develop a cough. I use it when I feel a migraine coming on. Added bonus as a tea lover: it tastes great.
