Only just begun
I am almost finished my first bottle and have noticed that my nails are stronger. I will keep going and see if I notice any difference to hair or skin (or anything else!)

Highly Recommended
I have been using this supplement for a while now, after a lot of research regarding Type 2 Collagen and its restorative effects with cartilage, and I feel that my range of movement has much improved.
