Love it!
The only thing i don’t care for is how sensitive the cleaning instructions are.

Makes for a better experience
The insert makes it easier to use the sauna blanket, it feels nice and absorbs sweat well. I like that it is cotton and bamboo, so that is a plus. It makes cleaning the sauna bag easier too. I gave it three stars because the material sheds little pieces of black lint fuzz everywhere! Also, even though I am very careful with the insert and when doing laundry, there were a few loose threads hanging off it after the first wash, which is disappointing given the price. I think I would have been less disappointed if I had seen a review that warned me, hence why I am writing this one. Still, it makes the sauna blanket experience easier and nicer, and I'm glad I bought it.

Great blanket
The only reason I gave this 4 stars because of the price.
Could be lower, but none the less, the blanket is soft, great quality, and looks great!
