Been dealing with this company since last year when I made the Pear Burner Wings from another site. The Sweet Habanero was highly recommended. Tried it on the wings and understood why. I like the Company's backstory, really liked the small family business aspect and really enjoyed this high-quality unique product. Now add another reason to do business with them. Superbowl weekend coming up doing wings for a crowd. Ordered from Finch they shipped the bottles, package arrives, didn't open for a couple of days, when I opened it. The smell was awesome, hmm broken bottle despite being very well packaged. Sent an email explaining the situation offered to send pictures. They called me, I explained the situation they're like "No Problem". Sent the package so I had it before the game. Based on the smiling faces as people chowed down on the wings everybody agreed, best wings ever. If you've done wings in the past, then do yourself a favor and have the best wings ever with Finch's Sweet Habanero sauce.
