Tin ceiling in gold

We ordered twenty of the square pattern and eleven of the sort of bubbly pattern to do a border around the room. My bedroom ceiling is absolutely beautiful. We had the men measure the room that was going to put it up , and he ordered the tiles. We ended up with six tiles leftover. I was very disappointed when I called your company and you would not let me return the sixth tiles that we over ordered. What in the world will I do with six ten ceiling tiles. The tiles were like a $100603, and I would have gotten back about $97. If you let me return them. But you have a policy that will not accept returns of my gold ceiling tiles , and the first woman I spoke to of the two that I did speak to said after seven days , you can't return them. You have a much better chance of reselling them than I will and I think in good faith, it would have been nice. Had you let us return them. So my ceiling is beautiful and I couldn't be happier with it. It's absolutely gorgeous. But your policy is not allowing me to return 6 tiles. I think was terrible. I will be certain to tell anyone I know both things if anyone should ever want to order from you.
