Absolutely stunning
When we decided to remodel our kitchen I started thinking about what I wanted for a back splash. I absolutely detest ceramic tile. I wanted something that would mesh well into our country kitchen. Having a mixture of black stainless and stainless appliances I needed something that brought both together in the kitchen. On one of my many searches to find anything I found American Tin and an idea was born. Why not use tin? Talked to the neighbor (he was a metal worker for years) and he said he was willing to help install it. We installed the back splash yesterday and has softened the look of the cabinets and tied everything together. Because we opened a room we had to install a beam and it will be wrapped with the same tin. I'll write another review for the flat molding and pictures of how it looks with the beam wrapped. Product went up easy (well at least for the neighbor since he knew what he was doing and had all the tools to make the cuts and trim. I could have done it but why struggle when a professional lives next door. We did have to use fasteners in conjunction with construction adhesive but that was a trip to the hardware store to purchase 3/4" button top, stainless screws. We placed them in a space between the "locking nibs" (have no idea on the technical term). They blend right in and you don't see them. Can't wait to wrap the beam (luckily the neighbor has a brake so we can get our bends)

Nice pattern!
This pattern was pretty forgiving to cut and piece together to fit the space.

Great Option for a Backsplash
I'm very happy with the end result. I had used the imitation (plastic) version and it melted and buckled. This was a little tougher to install but looks much better and should hold up a lot better. The only complaint I have is that I did not receive the little screws I needed to attach the switch plates to the outlet.
