Very Disappointed
Very disappointed with the writing quality of the pen. The catridge ink does not flow freely writing with the pen a scratchy all round frustrating experience. Was so looking forward to getting it as I have the biro and think the casin is gorgeous but writing with it is such a disppointment.

Less than expected
I have a true writer from many years ago which I've always felt was high quality. So I was surprised by the fact that the barrel of this pen is plastic. I probably should not have been surprised, given the low price. Other than that, it is performing well thus far. It will be interesting to see if it holds up over time.

Handful of Color
This is an amazing pen. Almost every pen maker has a version of this acrylic but Levenger did something unique and it is why I had to have the pen. For starts, it's a Tru Writer. For me, this is the perfect size and shape, the section is great in the hand and all the nib choices work well. They tend to be a bit dry but that is a matter of tuning and any pen user worth their salt can fix that. What sells the pen for a collector, like myself, is the "something different" and this pen has it. Unlike other makers, Levenger did not feel the need to fill every available nook and cranny of the pen blanks withcolor chips. In this way, the clear resin binding the material together would leave clear voids in the finished pen blanks. This gives you a pen body that has all of these amazing colors seeming to float in the the random, clear voids. The effect is amazing. I had to have it. Much better than the photos. It's worth checking out. I'm glad I did.
