Very good product but it took a long time

The ordering time to delivery was rather frustrating due to a surge in your orders beyond staffing and product line.. That goes with inexperience as did the initial 3 week wait period for a return on emails. Whose idea was that? I am sure your company has learned from this experience and trust you will be better prepared for future growth spurts. The controller is rated 5/5 by my son. Getting it delivered 2/5 and that is being generous. I will think hard about future orders since the experience was memorable. Appreciate the phone call from Jack and only wish it came earlier. Thomas

The wait was a little long but loved the controller it’s just awesome gaming is improved and feel is great I loved it so much I ordered another one already
