Two 6 Oz Filet Mignon & 4 Crab Cakes

Got my delivery yesterday! Thanks FedEx! Everything arrived still frozen, and looked great! Thanks Sizzlefish! Left out one of the Filet Mignon steaks, and unthawed it in a bowl of cold water. On my goodness!! I used the recipe you added inside the box. Excellent recipe. Incredible, juicy, flavorful, and it didn’t last long. Thank You!!
