So far so good

I have been feeling better in the gym, lifting while on a deficit, but have yet to see marginally better results. Looking forward to seeing what happens as I progress through the second half as these things take time.

Training feels better

I've been on it for a few weeks now, and there's definitely a different feel when I generate force on a lift. Not an extreme amount, but maybe a 10% change? It hasn't been long enough to observe muscle building effects, but training feels better.
