It was great I ordered 2 and only got 1 at first but I emailed the support team and I got the second one very quick

Its unfortunately been a horrible experience! There’s no sense of urgency on fixing the shipping issue. It’s been 3 weeks since I placed my order and everytime i have ordered from their website there always seems to be a huge delay and issue with shipping the items. This has been my experience constantly when I place an order.
