Razor sharp, fairly priced, a welcome addition to my kitchen knife assortment. The design of the knife enables maximum control when slicing and trimming meat and poultry or slicing and dicing vegetables. This knife is perfectly suited for its intended use.

Great looking knife!

These are to be a Christmas gift so I haven’t used them. My only disappointment is the listing calling them Japanese knives , so I’m hoping the quality and durability are of great standards.
