Great all around seasoning

Back of the yards is a fantastic red meat seasoning. However, it also is versatile as an all around seasoning. Any time you want garlic, salt, pepper and a little herb, it works well.

Very nice blend.

Peppery, garlicky, salty blend with a nice sweetness from shallot and bell pepper. Great base for Italian beef, but also good with other meats/seafood and on vegetables.
