Amazing!!!

This device along with the orange trigger point addition helped to get knots out of my shoulder blades that I’ve been dealing with for months. I feel so much better. This was a great purchase and I told my physical therapist about it too. She was amazed at how much looser my shoulder blades are!

I love my spinefitter. I am learning how versatile it can be in my workout. I wish it came with recommended exercise programs though.
