Great stockpot. I made a minestrone soup and it was delicious. The vegetables maintained its color and cooked evenly, never overheated. The base of the pot kept the ingredients warm inside the pot. Well constructed and not heavy at all. I highly recommend this stockpot.

Really love it. It’s beautiful and the lid fits my 2.5 qt saucepan. Like my other Cristel, it’s easy to clean and cook on. Much better than cheaper stainless steel ones I’ve tried in the past.
